Jonas LeBlanc-Wilmink is the Director of Operations and Government Relations at the Samuel Group of Companies, which includes Samuel Technologies.

Jonas is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, where he studied Political Science, specialized in Global Governance, and graduated with a Minor in History.
